This page explains how to delete your Hujam account and the data linked to it. Hujam is published on Google Play by Umber AB.
You only have a Hujam account if you signed in to use Hujam AI or model downloads. If you never signed in, we hold no account data about you, and everything Hujam stored is on your phone (see On your phone below).
Delete your account in the app
- Open Hujam and go to Settings.
- Tap your profile card at the top to open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account and data.
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled Hujam, lost your phone or cannot sign in, email hello@umberab.com:
- send it from the email address of your Hujam account, so we can confirm the account is yours;
- use the subject Delete my Hujam account.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If we cannot match the request to an account, we will tell you and ask how to verify it.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, on our servers and at our subscription provider (RevenueCat):
- your account: email address, display name and sign-in identity;
- the copy of your subscription status;
- your Hujam AI usage counters;
- your model download log.
What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep any recordings, transcripts, translations or summaries: Hujam never stores them on our servers.
On your phone
Recordings, transcripts, translations, summaries and downloaded models are stored only on your phone, encrypted. We cannot see or delete them, and deleting your account does not remove them. To erase them:
- Everything at once: Settings → Data & privacy → the wipe action. It also destroys the encryption keys.
- Or uninstall Hujam, which removes all of its data from the phone.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Hujam Pro subscription, and nor does uninstalling the app. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
